If the User rents a vessel without a skipper, the User is responsible for:
- Proper use of the vessel,
- Compliance with laws and navigation rules,
- Behavior of all passengers during the rental period,
- Any damage resulting from improper use of the vessel.
It is prohibited to use the vessel for illegal purposes or under the influence of alcohol and other psychoactive substances. Users are responsible for the accuracy of provided information and for adhering to the terms and policies prescribed by the vessel owners.
Limitation of Liability

- Actions of vessel owners,
- Quality of third-party services,
- Cancellations caused by force majeure,
