How booking works
How do I book a boat?
Fill out the inquiry form on this page with your preferred dates, destination, number of guests, and any special requests. We’ll confirm availability and send you a detailed offer within 24 hours — no payment required at this stage.
How long does it take to receive a booking confirmation?
Once you submit your inquiry, our team reviews availability and responds within 24 hours — usually much faster during working hours. For last-minute requests (within 48 hours of departure), we recommend calling us directly for the quickest response.
Is a deposit required to secure the booking?
To secure your boat rental booking, a deposit is required. Depending on the vessel and reservation details, the deposit is 20–50% of the total price to confirm your selected boat and date.
The rest of the payment is made on the day of your boat trip, before departure.
Can I rent a boat without a skipper?
Yes, it is possible to rent a boat without a skipper, as we offer selected boats that can be operated independently.
To do so, you must hold a valid motorboat license. A security deposit is also required in case of any damage to the vessel during the rental.
Cancellation & changes
What is the cancellation policy?
Our boat rental cancellation policy depends on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
If weather conditions or safety issues prevent navigation, you can reschedule your booking or receive a full refund of your deposit.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip, the deposit is fully refunded (unless otherwise stated for a specific boat). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before departure, 80% of the total booking price is charged. If the cancellation is made on the day of the trip or the customer does not show up, the full rental amount is charged.
Can I change the date or time of my boat booking?
Yes, you can request to change the date, time, or other booking details for your boat rental booking by contacting us as soon as possible to ensure the best options for rescheduling.
All changes depend on boat availability and approval from the vessel owner.
What happens if bad weather affects our trip?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are considered unsafe for navigation by the skipper or harbour authorities, you can reschedule your trip at no extra cost or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Light rain, wind, or temporary weather changes are considered normal river conditions and usually do not qualify for cancellation.

What is included in the price?
Most boat rental prices include the boat hire, fuel, and the service of a professional skipper (captain). Depending on the vessel, some rentals also include a complimentary welcome drink.
For full-day boat rentals, fuel is usually not included in the price and is charged separately based on actual consumption during the trip.

Food, drinks, decorations for special occasions, and optional extras (such as catering or special requests) are generally not included unless clearly stated in the offer for your selected boat.

Is a security deposit required on board?
A security deposit is only required when you rent a boat without a skipper. In this case, the deposit is used as a safety guarantee for the vessel. The deposit is returned after the rental, once the boat has been checked and confirmed to be in good condition.
When you rent a boat with a professional skipper, no security deposit is required on board.

Absolutely. Please mention any dietary requirements or special occasion requests in your inquiry form or contact us directly. We can arrange catering, birthday or anniversary setups, and other special details to make your boat trip experience more personal. The more notice you give us, the better we can prepare everything for you.
