Subject of Service and Platform Role
The subject of purchase through this online platform is not physical goods, but boat rental services (with or without a skipper).
The website iznajmicamac.rs / rentaboat.rs enables users to view, inquire about, and reserve boats. For certain vessels and services, the platform may act as an intermediary between users and third parties, including boat owners or licensed skippers.
All information, photographs, and vessel specifications are provided with reasonable care and based on information supplied by the respective boat owners or service providers. However, the Merchant reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and vessel descriptions due to justified operational reasons or changes communicated by boat owners or other service providers.
Where the Merchant acts as an intermediary for vessels or services provided by third parties, the Merchant is responsible for the accuracy of the reservation and for the proper processing and transfer of payments received through the platform. The direct provision of the rental service, including the technical condition, maintenance, equipment, safety, and operation of the vessel, remains the responsibility of the respective vessel owner or service provider.
The Merchant shall not be responsible for circumstances arising from the technical condition or operation of a vessel, or for the cancellation, modification, or failure to provide the service by a third-party vessel owner or service provider, except where such responsibility arises from the Merchant’s own acts or obligations as an intermediary.
Pricing, Currency, and Conversion Statement
Price information
Payment may be made exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). The amount displayed in (EUR) is for informational purposes only.
The final price of the product or service is agreed directly between the Buyer and the Merchant prior to payment. By making the payment, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with the agreed terms and accepts the offered price. This statement is compliant with the relevant provisions of the Law on Obligations, the Consumer Protection Law, and the Electronic Commerce Law of the Republic of Serbia.
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be effected in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the payment card schemes, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference between the original price displayed on our website and the amount shown on your payment card statement.
Payment Methods
Card Acceptance Statement
We accept all validly presented payment cards, including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and DinaCard. All valid payment card types and payment methods are treated equally, without preference or discrimination toward any particular card brand or payment method.
Payment via link (Pay by Link)
Pay by link is a payment method that allows merchants to create and send payment links to customers via email or SMS messages. The merchant creates the payment link and sends it to the customer.
After receiving the message from the merchant, the customer needs to click the link, which takes them to OTP Bank’s secure payment page, where they enter their payment card details and complete the transaction.
Protection of Sensitive Transaction Data
When entering payment card data, sensitive information is transmitted through a public network in a secure (encrypted) form. At no point are payment card details available to our system.
Reservation Process
Reservation and Deposit
To confirm a booking, a deposit ranging from 20% to 50% of the total rental price (depending on the chosen vessel) is required. The remaining balance is payable prior to departure/boarding unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Confirmation
Upon successful receipt of the deposit, an electronic Booking Confirmation and fiscal receipt containing all rental details will be sent to the Customer’s email address immediately, and no later than 24 hours after the transaction.
Service Delivery and Description of Restrictions

In the event of the return of goods and a refund to a customer who has previously paid using a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or DinaCard payment card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Iznajmi Čamac shall process the refund exclusively through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Accordingly, upon the Merchant’s request, the Bank shall credit the refunded amount to the payment card account of the cardholder.
Code of Conduct, Vessel Condition, and Safety
- Safety Rules and Alcohol: Safety is paramount. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip without refund to any individual under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, or to anyone failing to adhere to the captain’s/skipper’s safety instructions.
- Bareboat Rental (Without Skipper): If renting a vessel without a skipper, the Customer must hold a valid skipper license/boating permit, adhere to applicable maritime navigation laws, and follow all local safety regulations. The Customer assumes full responsibility for their own actions, the behavior of their passengers, and any damage resulting from improper operation or use of the vessel.
- Vessel Condition and Security Deposit: An inspection of the vessel may be conducted prior to embarkation. The Customer is obligated to return the vessel in the same condition as received. For certain vessels, a refundable security deposit against damage may be required, in which case the Customer will be informed prior to booking.
- Customer Arrival and Delay: The Customer is required to arrive at the agreed departure location at the scheduled departure time. If the Customer is late for the agreed departure time, the duration of the trip may be reduced by the period of the delay in order to avoid affecting subsequent scheduled reservations. No reduction or refund of the agreed rental price shall be made due to the Customer’s late arrival.
- Unexpected Technical Failure and Replacement Vessel: In the event of an unexpected technical failure of the reserved vessel occurring before or during the scheduled service, the Merchant reserves the right to offer the Customer a replacement vessel of the same or higher class, subject to availability. If the Customer does not accept the offered replacement vessel, or if a suitable replacement vessel is not available, the Merchant shall provide a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected reservation. In such circumstances, the Merchant shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or other additional damages or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of the cancellation or inability to provide the originally reserved vessel, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Maximum Number of Passengers: The number of persons boarding the vessel must not exceed the maximum registered passenger capacity of the vessel stated in the booking confirmation. The captain/skipper has the right to refuse boarding to any persons exceeding the permitted capacity.
- Damage and Excessive Soiling: The Customer is financially responsible for any intentional damage to the vessel, its interior, equipment, or accessories, as well as for damage caused by negligence or failure to comply with the applicable rules of conduct by the Customer or any member of the Customer’s group. This includes excessive soiling or contamination requiring specialized cleaning or restoration.
- Pets: Pets are permitted on board only with prior notice and approval from the Merchant and/or the vessel owner or service provider, depending on who provides the service. The Customer is responsible for any damage, soiling, or additional cleaning costs caused by the pet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Merchant in connection with a particular reservation shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer as a deposit for that reservation.
The Merchant shall not be responsible for disputes arising directly between the Customer and a vessel owner, skipper, or other third-party service provider, except to the extent that such responsibility arises from the Merchant’s own acts or obligations as an intermediary.
The Customer uses the website and books services at their own responsibility and is expected to review all relevant information, conditions, safety requirements, and specific terms applicable to the selected vessel or service before making a reservation.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
