Kayaking Adventure in Belgrade – Great War Island Exploration

Departure Information

Our kayak tour in Belgrade runs daily at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The exact meeting point is provided after booking confirmation. Please arrive 15 minutes early to receive equipment and prepare for departure.

No previous experience is required – our experienced instructors will provide basic kayaking instructions before the tour begins.

The kayaks are stable sit-in models, designed for recreation and easy control. The adventure is moderate in difficulty and lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours, including instruction.

Participants must be 18+. Children may participate only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, with a 50% discount for children under 14 paddling in a double kayak with an adult.

Kayak Route

The adventure begins with a short land-based introduction, followed by entering the kayaks and starting the water experience. Throughout the tour, an instructor is present to provide guidance and support.

We paddle upstream toward the Lido Beach on the northern side of the island. If weather conditions allow, there will be time for swimming and relaxation. The route continues along the shoreline, circling around Great War Island, with breaks for rest and refreshment.

What to Bring

For the best experience, please wear comfortable sports clothing suitable for water activities. As kayaking involves getting wet, bring a change of clothes.

Cap or hat
Sunglasses
Sunscreen
Sandals or water shoes

If available, bring cycling or gym gloves to prevent blisters. Synthetic or wool clothing is recommended for comfort and quick drying.
